DIRECTORY/ONLINE ADVERTISING SALES EXECUTIVE - More Details

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be calling current business customers to review and update account information as well as sell directory and online advertising to achieve sales objectives.  Requirements include excellent communication skills, a positive and professional demeanor, with previous sales/customer service experience preferred.

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT - As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for invoicing customers, processing adjustments, calculating directory balances, corresponding with telephone companies, handling billing complaints or inquiry calls and preparing financial documents.  Requirements include experience with computer software applications, including Excel and Word, excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task duties. Minimum 2-year Accounting degree or equivalent required.
