More Details
White Page Specialist - As
a White Page Specialist, you will be working directly with
telephone companies in the production of their residential
and business customer listings. This includes entering,
proofing, and researching listings to produce accurate telephone
directories. Requirements include computer software skills,
excellent communication and customer service skills, strong
detail orientation with the ability to consistently meet deadline
Sales Support - In Pinnacle Publishing’s
Sales Support department, responsibilities include verifying
advertising contracts, calculating sales executives’ commission
and providing in-office support for the sales executives. Requirements
include experience with computer software applications, including
Excel and Word, excellent communication skills, the ability
to multi-task duties with previous customer service experience
preferred.
Data Entry Specialist - The Data Entry Specialist
position is responsible for keying, proofing and maintaining
advertising and online contract information including creating
text-only ads. Requirements
include the ability to work accurately while consistently
meeting deadlines, computer software skills, strong detail
orientation and office experience or related degree preferred.
Pre-Sales Specialist - A Pre-Sales Specialist’s
responsibilities include assigning and splitting sales revenue
for telephone directory advertising. Additionally,
the Pre-Sales Specialist prepares contracts and other correspondents
that will be sent to the Sales Executives. Requirements
include experience with computer software applications, including
Excel and Word, excellent communication skills, the ability
to multi-task duties.
National Specialist - The National Specialist
position is responsible for keying, proofing, and billing national
advertising orders as well as responding to external inquiries
from advertising representatives. Requirements
include computer software skills, excellent communication
and customer service skills, strong detail orientation with
the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
